FUNCTIONS IN THE MENU
Dictation type
»Dictation type« is used to select the format to be used for
the dictation: fax, letter, or report.
• Use the up or down button » « » « to select the
»Dictation type« menu item.
• Press the »OK« button.
ESC
• Use the up or down button » « » « to select »DT on«,
»DT off« or »DT auto«.
– If »DT on« is chosen, a selection of formats will be offe-
red for each new dictation;
– »DT off«, no work type selected.
– »DT auto« means that each new dictation will be of the
same type.
• Press the »OK« button.
Notes:
If you have a new dictation, or if you have selected the
»DT auto« function, use the up or down button » « » «
to select your dictation type from the list.
Press the »OK« button.
You may create individual preallocations for the list using
StenoNet.mail or Steno.trans PC software.
