REMOVAL-INSTALLATION
Removal Procedure
Set the mast vertical and lower the fork fully.

Remove the lift cylinder rod end set bolt.

3 Hoist the inner mast by slinging with a wire and disconnect the lift cylinder rod end. [Point
Hoist the inner mast further so that the lift cylinder ASSY can be removed from the front space.

Support the bottom of the inner mast with wooden blocks and fix the blocks by taping onto the outer

mast.
6 Remove the hose cover.
7 Disconnect the hose.
Remove the lift cylinder bottom end set bolt.

Remove the lift cylinder support. [Point 21

Remove the lift cylinder ASSY.
