Measure the piston rod outside diameter.

Standard: 34.9 mm (1.374 in)
Limit: 34.82 mm (1.3709 in)

Standard: 40.0 mm (1.575 in)
Limit: 39.92 mm (1.5717 in)
Inspection:
Measure the piston rod bend.
Limit: 2.0 mm (0.079 in)

Follow the procedure view.
1. Fix the boss portion at the tip end of the piston rod in a
vise.
2. Use a screwdriver and rotate the piston to remove the
wire.
3. The installation is the reverse.

Measure the lift cylinder bore.
