Leitung ist so zu verlegen (Länge/Nennweite), dass der Druckverlust in dieser Leitung in jedem Betriebszustand < 0,3 bar ist. Vor dem Einbau der reflex ’fillcontrol’ ist die Rohrleitung sorgfältig zu spülen. re- flex ’fillcontrol’ ist spannungsfrei (momentenfrei) so in die Rohrleitung einzubauen, daß der Ablauftrichter senk- recht nach unten zeigt, damit das austretende Wasser mit freiem Gefälle ablaufen kann. -

’fillcontrol’ is ready to be plugged (power supply and plug for jack bush). Only a 230 V safety socket is required on-site. The electric wiring and, if required, the connection of a dry collective alert contact has to be carried out by a qualified electrician acc. -

• The electrical connection acc. to the valid VDE and the local EVU regulations has been established. • The pipelines towards reflex ’fillcontrol’ have to be rinsed and to be cleaned from dirt and welding residue. • The connection of the tundish to the sewage has to be made acc. to the valid norm DIN EN 12056. -

The LED „Auto“ is green. The actual pressure is shown on the display. During automatic mode reflex ’fillcont- rol’ refills the system when the pressure falls below the setting value, if the second value is exceeded, reflex ’fillcontrol’ is turned-off (→ p.8). -

Funktionsüberprüfung der Armatur. Schmutzfänger Sperren Sie mit Hilfe der Absperrungen vor und nach der reflex ’fillcontrol’ die System- u. Trinkwasserleitung ab. Schrauben Sie mit dem Wartungsschlüssel (SW 27) den Verschluss der BA-Patrone ab. Entfernen Sie das Sieb und den Stützkörper und reinigen Sie die beiden Teile unter klarem, fließendem Wasser. Kontrollieren Sie die O-Ringe und Dichtungen auf Unversehrtheit und Sauberkeit und tauschen Sie sie bei Bedarf aus. -

Isolate the system and the potable water mains by means of the shut-off valves upstream and downstream of reflex ’fillcontrol’ . Unscrew the top of the BA cartridge by using the maintenance key (SW 27). Remove the dirt trap and the support and clean both parts with clear, running water. Check that the O-rings and seals are intact and clean and exchange them if required. -
