Die Anschlußleitung der reflex 'fillcontrol' muss so ausgeführt sein, daß keine Stagnation entsteht. Die aus-

gangsseitige Leitung ist so zu verlegen (Länge/Nennweite), dass der Druckverlust in dieser Leitung in jedem
Betriebszustand < 0,3 bar ist. Vor dem Einbau der reflex 'fillcontrol' ist die Rohrleitung sorgfältig zu spülen. re-
flex 'fillcontrol' ist spannungsfrei (momentenfrei) so in die Rohrleitung einzubauen, daß der Ablauftrichter senk-
recht nach unten zeigt, damit das austretende Wasser mit freiem Gefälle ablaufen kann. Ein gut zugänglicher
Einbauort vereinfacht Wartung und Inspektion (genügend Wandabstand zur Demontage und zur Montage der
Verkleidung vorsehen). Wenn nicht vorhanden, einen Wasserzähler vormontieren.
Die reflex 'fillcontrol' ist so einzubauen, daß Besichtigungen und eine Wartung problemlos durchge-
führt werden kann (Absperrungen montieren). Die Flußrichtung ist zu beachten (→ Markierung am Ge-
häuse der Armatur).
Es ist darauf zu achten, daß der Einbauort vor Überflutung und Frost geschützt und gut belüftet ist. Die Ablau-
fleitung ist mit ausreichender Kapazität vorzusehen. Zum Anschluß des Trichters an das Abwassersystem ist
die gültige Norm DIN EN 12056 zu beachten. Damit eine dauerhafte und einwandfreie Funktion gewährleistet
werden kann, empfehlen wir den Einbau eines Trinkwasserfilters nach DIN 19632 unmittelbar nach der Was-
serzähleinrichtung. Ebenfalls sind die Wartungsintervalle der reflex 'fillcontrol' einzuhalten (→ S.17).
When installing the connecting pipe of the reflex 'fillcontrol' make sure that stagnation is excluded. The down-

stream pipe has to be passed in a way (length/nominal width), that the the loss of pressure in this pipe is < 0,3
bar in every operating condition. Thoroughly flush the pipe prior to installing the reflex 'fillcontrol' . reflex 'fill-
control' has to be installed zero potential into the pipeline that the tundish faces vertically downwards, so that
the discharged water can be drained easily. Provide easy access to the device to simplify maintenance and
inspection (keep sufficient distance from wall when demounting and/or installing the covering). If not available,

pre-assemble a water meter.
When installing reflex 'fillcontrol' , ensure that inspections and maintenance can be carried out troub-
le-free (mount shut-offs). Consider the direction of flow (→ markings on the body of the valve).
Ensure that the location where the device is installed is safe from flooding and freeze and is well ventilated.
The drain pipe must be able to collect the drained volume. When connecting the tundish to the sewage, the
valid norm DIN EN 12056 has to be adhered to. To guarantee lasting and proper mode of operation, we recom-
mend the installation of a potable water filter acc. to DIN 19632 directly behind the water metering device. Also
observe the maintenance intervals of reflex 'fillcontrol' (→ p.17).
