How to Access Diagnostic Data

To gain access to a diagnostic data:
1. In supervisor mode (see

3. Select a test from the list displayed on the screen.
System Data
In supervisor mode, you have access to:
• The Software Data (PSD#, Loader, OS, PACK, XNDF DATA DELTA, language,
variant).
• The Hardware (system) Data (P/N of the base and the PSD).

• The list of the errors occurred in the machine (Base errors, PSD errors and Server
connection history).
• The data of the machine counters.
