Performance Check Procedure
k. Set:
Horizontal MODE
SEC/DIV
. Set time-mark generator for 5 ns time markers.

m. Repeat the magnified accuracy and linearity checks for the A Sweep at
all magnified SEC/DIV settings.

a. Set:

b. Set time-mark generator for 1 ms time marks.
c. Position the Intensified dot to the leading edge of the 10th time marker
to display the rising edge on the B Trace (using the |<-
trol). It may be necessary to reduce the A intensity level to observe
the intensified dot.
d. Set:
Horizontal MODE
B INTEN
d. CHECK—that the jitter on the leading edge does not exceed one divi­
sion over a two-second interval. Disregard slow drift.
