2.2 Detail of checking actions and troubleshooting

Below, the actions to check and locate the breakdowns are listed in the same order as the summary table.
Supplement the following instructions with the diagram and the corresponding parts view of the
washer.
VERY IMPORTANT!
To perform any operation of intervention, checking or troubleshooting, bear in mind the following risks:
MECHANICAL RISKS
 To avoid the risk of being caught up in the washing machine's moving parts its essential for the hair to be
tied up and suitable fitted clothing to be worn.
 Do not connect the machine without the rear cover properly in place.
 The operation checks must be performed by only removing the essential covers.
 HS-6023/EH055, HS-6024/EH060 machines. When checking the inverter operation requires the
dismantling of the rear cover, use the test program or a program with low rotation speeds and keep clear of
the washing machine's danger areas (pulleys, belts, motor, electrical junction box, wiring, etc.).
 It is also compulsory to stop the machine each time you change phase with the ammeter clip during current
measurement operations.
ELECTRICAL RISKS
 It is essential for the machine to be connected to external protection (grounded).
 The inverter must be properly mounted on the corresponding support and with all the connection points to
earth firmly attached.
 The inverter support must be connected to the washing machine's earth circuit.
 In order to take readings with measuring apparatus when the machine is running, use the test program or a
program with low rotation speeds and keep clear of the washing machine's danger areas (pulleys, belts,
motor, electrical junction box, wiring, fans, etc.).
Failure to comply with these warnings may cause ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE OR SERIOUS ACCIDENT
and lead to considerable damage to the machine.
