1. INTRODUCTION

This Electric Maintenance Manual for washing machines is a compilation of information on the HS-6 / EH series
washing machines inverter/motor electric circuits operation. It is intended to facilitate inspection, maintenance,
troubleshooting and repair interventions.
The appearance of the inverter overheated alarm can be caused by the accumulation of dirt and lint at the
inverter cooling area, making it difficult to properly ventilate the equipment. For this reason it is essential to
periodically clean the inverter to maintain good ventilation and thus avoid the overheating problems.
The maintenance should be carried out at least every six months. In places with a high degree of dirt and fluff or
when the machine's alarms appear repeatedly the frequency must be increased.
This maintenance and cleaning manual is aimed at HS-6/EH machines with Fuji inverter.
For safety and before any actions are carried out it is essential to keep in mind the SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
included in this manual.
