3. INVERTER CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

3.1 Introduction

The appearance of the inverter overheated alarm can be caused by the accumulation of dirt and lint at the
inverter cooling area, making it difficult to properly ventilate the equipment. For this reason it is essential to
periodically clean the inverter to maintain good ventilation and thus avoid the overheating problems.
The maintenance and cleaning manual is aimed at HS-6/EH machines with Fuji inverter.

3.2 Preparation

Screwdriver Torx T25
Philips PH-2x125 Screwdriver
Allen wrench 0.12 inch (3 mm)
A soft brush and a dry cloth
Intervention on RMS/RMG628, REM/RMG070 models
