8.2 Cleaning tasks
Requirements
Check that the following requirements have been met before carrying out any cleaning tasks:
The combi oven has been switched off.

The combi oven and the hood must be cooled off.
■
The hood is disconnected from the power supply and secured against being switched on again.
■
The cover of the electrical box is in place.
■
Required cleaning products
Common household, non-alkaline detergent that is gentle on the skin and is pH-neutral
Do not, under any circumstance, use scouring powders! These will damage the hood.
Required materials
Sponge, sponge cloth, cleaning products in a suitable container, e.g. pail.
Do not, under any circumstance, use heavy-duty scouring sponges! These will damage the hood.
