4.3 Requirements relating to the configuration of the combi oven
Requirements for the combi oven
This hood can only be operated with combi ovens that meet the following requirements.
Requirements
Openings in the connecting bracket
on the combi oven for inserting the
socket for the control cable
Correct control module
Serial number (XXXPHXXXX or

higher)
Correct software version
easyTouch: version 1.3.3.4 or

higher
Standard: version 6.01 or higher
■
Flap control is activated before the
hood is installed on the appliance

Solution
Visual inspection of the connecting bracket:
Three pre-perforated holes (2x Ø3.6 mm and 1x Ø22 mm) –
see 'Drilling a hole in the connecting bracket' on page 62.
To drill the hole in the connecting bracket, see 'Drilling a hole
in the connecting bracket' on page 62.
For visual inspection of the control module, see 'Checking and
replacing the control module' on page 65.
Order and replace with current control module (Part number:
5030668)
To check the software version, see also 'Checking and updat‐
ing the software version' on page 67.
Download new software from the Convotherm website and up‐
date the software – see also the mini service manual.
