    Model LVE-102, 103, 104 3-13. MAINTENANCE FILTER Put on protective gear: Be sure to use all McDonald’s approved safety equipment including, apron, face shield and gloves. Never begin filtering until you’re wearing all safety gear. Hot oil can cause severe burns.
