The DVW-522/522P adopts a component digital video system and four-
channel digital audio playback system which, along with an advanced error
correction and concealment system, provide superb video and audio
playback quality.
Note
The DVW-522/522P outputs only analog composite signals that have
undergone digital-to-analog conversions.
The DVW-522/522P's playback DT heads allow you to perform noiseless
playback at any of 54 speeds, ranging from –1 to 3 times normal speed and
including still-picture playback.
Time codes and user's bits are read by a built-in time code reader during
playback.
Computer-controlled servo motors provide direct drive for the drum,
capstan and two reels, enabling quick and accurate tape access.
You can adjust the playback speed by ±15%.
