The template is a single sheet with one side used for the left door panel /

d rawer panel and the other side for the right door panel.
The template should be placed on the back side of the door panel.

Sample image below shows template applied to door panel RD3680.

screw holes for the left
hanging bracket and side
Powered driver (optional)
brackets. Drill screw 3/32"
(2mm) holes to the marked
locations.

template with left side
