Heat emission limits of the measuring element up-scaled. Flow rate too high, incorrect
measuring medium
• Check the process conditions

• Check the settings of the parameters in the 'Process Alarm / ...Alarm Limits' menu and
adjust if necessary.
• Check mass flow.
The measuring medium temperature is below or above the configured limit values 'Tm
Temperature Min' and 'Tm Temperature Max'.
• Check the settings of the parameters in the 'Process Alarm / ...Alarm Limits' menu and
adjust if necessary.
• Check measuring medium temperature.
The standard volume flow is below or above the parameterized limit values "Qv@
Volumeflow Min" and "Qv@ Volumeflow Max".
• Check the settings of the parameters in the 'Process Alarm / ...Alarm Limits' menu and
adjust if necessary.
• Check volume flow rate.
