10.2.2. Regulation fault:

If the device indicates regulation fault, proceed as follows:
• Open the device and check that the cable that connects the main board with the
rectifier (cable with hose) is well connected.
• Check that the cables (L-N-PE) that go from the card to the rectifier are connected
correctly. Warning: high voltage.
• If the fault persists, call Daisalux technical service.

10.2.3. Functional test fault:

If the device indicates a functional test fault, proceed as follows:
• Identify the source of the functional test fault on the display (battery fault or circuit
fault).
• Fix the fault in the outputs or battery and run a new functional test.
• If the fault persists, call Daisalux technical service.

10.2.4. Temperature probe failure:

If the device indicates a temperature probe fault, proceed as follows:
Check the connection of the cable that connects the main board with temperature
probe card.
• If the fault persists, call Daisalux technical service.

10.2.5. Overload on the device:

If the device indicates overload fault, proceed as follows:
• Check the load connected to the device because the total power demanded exceeds
the maximum admissible for the device.
• Once the device's load is adjusted, run a functional test to eliminate the overload
alarm.
• If the fault persists, call Daisalux technical service.

10.3. Luminaire faults:

10.3.1. Faulty ELC luminaires:

The following faults can be observed in the ELC series luminaires
Globe fault: check the globe in the luminaire.
Communication fault: may be due to a temporary communication fault or a loss of
communication with the luminaire. If it is a temporary fault it will be corrected in a
few minutes. If the communication fault persists:
- Check the luminaire's wiring and check that it is connected to the device.
- If the luminaire has been disconnected from the device, it will need to be de-
After zoning it is observed that the luminaires appear as not located:
- There may be a circuit configured with operation other than "ELC". Configure it
- The luminaire may not communicate with the device. Fix the communication
If after zoning it is noted that luminaires appear in circuits other than those
connected: this is caused by loops between circuits. Check the installation's wiring.
