9.1.2.4. Electrical checks

• Floatation voltages
• Correct operation of alarms
• Correct operation of the signalling elements of safety features
• On/Off function test for all the LEDs in the system.

9.1.2.5 Checking the rectifier fans

• Check and clean the rectifier fans to avoid overheating.

9.2. Maintenance based on display indications

The equipment will display an alarm with the different anomalies detected. See the
recommended steps to fix that alarm in the troubleshooting section.

10. Troubleshooting

The most frequent questions and their solutions are grouped by category below:

10.1. Output problems

10.1.1. Short circuit on the outputs:

If the device detects short-circuit in any or all outputs, the following checks must be
carried out:
• Disconnect the affected output cables and check to see if there is a short-circuit in the
cables.
• Run a circuit test to verify that the error is external.
• Call Daisalux technical service if the same error persists.
• If the fault is rectified, check the wiring and that the power connected to said outlet
does not exceed the limits stipulated in this manual. A circuit test can be conducted
to verify that the voltage connected to said outlet is correct.

10.1.2. Over-consumption in the outputs:

If the device has signalled an output over-consumption, perform the following actions:
• Check that the power connected to the output concerned does not exceed the over-
consumption alarm threshold configured for the circuit (it may be that a situation
causes over-consumption and currently the consumption is not so high).
• Run a circuit test to verify that the power of the load is below the threshold set and
that the fault is confirmed or corrected.
• Call Daisalux technical service if the same error persists.

10.1.3. Electronic fault in the outputs:

If the device output has signalled any electronic fault, proceed as follows:
• Disconnect the cables of the affected output.
• Perform a functional test and a circuit test to verify that the error is external
• If the fault persists, call Daisalux technical service.

10.2. Functional problems:

10.2.1. Display now showing:

If the device has power and the display does not start after pressing any key, perform
the following actions:
• Open the device and check that the ribbon cable that connects the display to the main
board is properly connected.
• If the fault persists, call Daisalux technical service.
