pVzro: Fine Zero Adjustment for
PV display
For Zero & Span of PV, users can get the
"Fine Adjustment" by front key. It's an easy
way to "Just Key-In" the value that the user
wants to show in the current input signal.
pVspn:Fine Span Adjustment for

It's same function as like as [pVzro].
