Adjusting the 90° and Mast Stowed Limit Switches
Before delivery of a new system, all switches are properly set and tested at the factory and nor-
mally no switch adjustment is necessary. However, if a switch needs adjusted, for example if the
actuator was replaced or if the mounting surface is not flat, follow the steps outlined in this sec-
tion to make the adjustment.

Diagnostic LEDs on the Base PC Board

The PC Board mounted at the mast Base has LED indicator lights useful for diagnostics for cir-
cuits. Table 7-2 charts the colors of the relevant diagnostic LEDs for the various mast positions.
An example of the diagnostic LEDs showing the mast in the stowed position is shown in Figure 7-
1. These diagnostic LEDs can be used to help determine if an adjustment is necessary, for exam-
ple if D7 / D8 shows Yellow when the mast is supposed to be stowed. They are also useful in
assisting to determine when the switches have been properly adjusted.
