required to keep the Mast System in safe operating condition.

hardware used to mount the mast to
the support structure.

Clean the mast per the procedure
in section 7.2.
If damage is apparent, do not use
the mast, and have it serviced
prior to use.
Clean and lubricate the mast per
the procedure in section 7.2. If the
condition remains after lubrica-
tion, cease all mast use and con-
tact Will-Burt Service immediately.
Replace cables/tubes as required.
Repair the interconnect circuit if
not functioning properly.
Make sure the lens is cool and
clean the lens with a mild cleaner
and soft cloth.
Tighten or replace any loose, dam-
aged or missing fasteners.
Exercise mast.
If mechanical play is observed,
adjust the mast stowed limit switch
position to allow the RCP to drive
tightly into the saddle according to
Section 7.5.3.
