3.2.3.4 maintenance
[Replacement & Adjustment of Blade]
i.
Remove worn out blade by unscrewing fixing bolts as shown below
picture. At this time, move the slide part to the left hand side.
ii.
Place new blades in the reverse manner of removing.
(Two blades as a pair at top and bottom)
Make sure that both blades fit tightly in place in order to achieve a
good strip result.
[Handling and storage]
Be careful of using, handling or storing principal parts including blades,

heater, etc as they are closely related to the equipment's operation life.
Do not apply unnecessarily weight or physical impact in handling the
n
equipment.
Keep the principal parts of the equipment in a clean condition always.

Keep it clean and in a case when not using, which will increase the life of
n
the equipment.
3.2.4 Swift KR12A Cleaner
The alcohol dispenser in the Swift KR12A has a limited capacity; the alcohol pump
can be removed and refilled with cleaning fluid.
