ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING SELECTIONS
If you've already programmed the 3210 using "Plug and Play"
or Terminal Selection (Chapter 2), you don't need to continue
programming the 3210 (unless you need to set other features).
3.1 Introduction
Use this chapter to program the SCANTEAM 3210 Hand
Held CCD Scanner for any programmable feature.
Additional programming selections include:
Prefixes and Suffixes
Output (beeper, delays, output mode, country codes)
Industrial Symbologies
Retail Symbologies
RS–232 (baud rate, parity, data format, protocols)
Data Formatter
CCD Operation
Wand Emulation and Laser Output
Status Check.
After you've programmed the SCANTEAM 3210, the
information represented by the programming bar codes is
stored in the scanner's nonvolatile (Flash EPROM)
memory. If you turn the scanner off, nonvolatile memory
retains the programmed features.
