1. Remove the puck with pallet from the MagneMover LITE transport system (see
Replace Pucks on page
2. Remove the M6 nuts that secure the bushings to the pallet as shown in
3. Use an arbor press to remove the bushings from the pallet.
4. Use an arbor press to remove the dowel pins from the pallet, if necessary.
5. Use Isopropyl alcohol to clean the surfaces of the pallet and remove any debris.
6. Use an arbor press to install the new dowel pins in the pallet, if necessary.
7. Use an arbor press to install the new bushings in the pallet.
NOTE: Make sure that the bushings are in the correct positions as shown in
8. Place two to three drops of Loctite 243 on the threads of each M6 nut. Secure the bush-
ings to the pallet with the two M6 nuts, and tighten to 2.3 N•m [20 in•lb].
NOTE: The Loctite must cure for 2 hours at 22° C [72° F] before using the puck.
9. Replace the puck on the MM LITE transport system (see
