TPGAPC are timers and used for setting the minimum pulse length for the outputs.
There are seven generic timers (TPGAPC1...7) available in the protection relay.

Switch groups

In configuration A, the switch group function blocks are organized in four groups:
binary inputs, internal signal, GOOSE as well as binary outputs and LEDs.

The binary inputs group includes one SELGAPC and one ISWGAPC. SELGAPC1 is
used to route binary inputs to ISWGAPC or directly to protection relay functions.
ISWGAPC1 is used to configure the signal to block the protection functions.
