MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE
1.
Lower the work equipment horizontally to the ground and
stop the engine.
2.
By using a grease pump, pump in grease through the grease fitting shown by arrow.
Pump in grease until new grease (A) comes out through
the gap on either the right or left (or top or bottom) of the
lubricated portion.
(1) Bucket pin (2 places)
(2) Bucket link pin (2 places)
(3) Bell crank pin (1 place)
(4) Bucket cylinder pin (2 places)
(5) Lift cylinder pin (4 places)
(6) Boom pivot pin (2 places)
3.
After greasing, wipe off any old grease that is pushed out.
