OPERATION
The work equipment is locked (the pilot lamp lights up) or un-
locked (the pilot lamp goes out) each time you press the posi-
tion (B) of the switch.
If you release your hand from the switch, it automatically re-
turns to its original position.
Even if you may turn the starting switch to OFF position with
the work equipment unlocked (pilot lamp goes out), the work
equipment is locked (pilot lamp lights up) if you turn the starting
switch to ON position again.
SECONDARY HST TRAVEL SWITCH
NOTICE
The secondary HST travel switch is used to enable driving the machine temporarily if the machine can-
not travel due to the trouble in the DEF system (the alarm buzzer sounds in "Continuous alarm", the
DEF system caution lamp or DEF level caution lamp lights up in red, and the action level "L04" is dis-
played).
• Use the secondary HST travel switch only in an abnormal case.
• When the directional lever is in other than NEUTRAL position (N), if the switch is operated to the
position (B), the machine starts traveling at the same time. Take care.
If the machine cannot travel due to the trouble in the DEF system, operate the secondary HST travel switch
according to the following procedure.

Remove the screws (1) (2 pieces) and remove the cover
(2).
When the cover (2) is removed, the switch is seen.
Position (A)
OFF (when normal)
Position (B)
ON (in an emergency)

By setting the switch to the position (B), the alarm buzzer
sounds and the secondary HST travel switch pilot lamp
lights up on the machine monitor.
When you release your hand from the switch, it returns au-
tomatically to the position (A). Keep the switch held at po-
sition (B) when operating.
