Open the housing as described in the

section "Opening the TP180 housing"
Remove the BPS1800 PC board as

described in section "Removing the
BPS1800 PC board"
Undo the five M5x12 TX25 screws (1)

on the BPS holder (2) and remove the
BPS holder
Replace the faulty components, see
4

"Replacing the LC1800 PC board" /

"Replacing the TP180 fan"
Insert the BPS holder (2) and secure

with five M5x12 TX25 screws (1)
Tightening torque= 1.5 Nm
Fit the thermal foil, see section "Repla-

cing the secondary diode"
Install the BPS1800 PC board as de-

scribed in section "Installing the
BPS1800 PC board"
Close the housing as described in sec-
8
tion "Closing the TP180 housing"
Replacing the LC1800 PC board
Remove the cable tie and unplug the
1
leads (6)
Remove the LC1800 PC board
