Do not use the joystick as a support
Do not use the joystick as a support. If you do, you can lose control of the
wheelchair.
1. Place your child in the Explorer Mini.
2. Turn on the Explorer Mini.
3. Show your child that the wheelchair moves in the direction he
or she pushes the joystick.
4. Show your child that the wheelchair brakes or stops when he or
she releases the joystick. The joystick will move to its neutral
position.
Please note that the back of the Explorer Mini drifts when it turns.
