Limpeza
dadosamente.
Não usar esponjas embebidas com soluções
abrasivas ou detergentes em pó.
OPERAÇÕES
O plano anual de manutenção inclui as seguintes
verificações:
Limpeza do filtro da malha
Tensão de alimentação
Fixação de conexões elétricas
Condição das juntas hidráulicas
Carregamento do circuito hidráulico
Verificação da operação da bomba
Presença de ar no circuito hidráulico
Eficiência dos dispositivos de segurança
Limpeza das grades do ventilador e comutador
de calor com aletas
Manutenção extraordinária
Instruções preliminares
Certifique-se de que a linha de alimentação
elétrica principal está desconectada.
Use ferramentas adequadas para o refrigerante
usado.
Cleaning
Do not open the access covers to perform any
maintenance or cleaning operation before hav-
ing disconnected the appliance from the mains
electricity network, by positioning the master
switch on "off".
The only necessary cleaning activity to be
carried out by the system's manager con-
cerns the unit's external panelling, which
must be cleaned using exclusively a cloth
wet with soapy water.
In the case of stubborn stains dampen the
cloth with a mixture of 50% water and
methylated spirit or with specific products.
After washing, dry the surfaces carefully.
Do not use sponges with scouring products or
powdered detergents.
Operations
The annual maintenance plan includes the follow-
ing checks:
Mesh filter cleaning
Power supply voltage
Fastening of electric connections
Condition of the hydraulic joints
Water circuit charging
Pump operation check
Presence of air in the hydraulic circuit
Efficiency of safety devices
Cleaning of fan grids and finned heat exchanger
Extraordinary maintenance
Preliminary instructions
Make sure that the main power supply line is
disconnected.
Use tools appropriate for the refrigerant used.
It is strongly recommended that safety goggles
and gloves are used.
In case of a partial leak of refrigerant gas, the
circuit must be completely emptied before be-
ing recharged, and the refrigerant must be re-
cuperated.
Any gas leaks indoors can generate toxic gases
if they come into contact with naked flames or
high temperature bodies, in case of refrigerant
leaks, air the rooms thoroughly.
Do not charge the refrigerating circuits with a
different refrigerant from the prescribed one.
Do not use oils that are different from the pre-
scribed one. The use of different oils may seri-
ously damage the compressor.
Do not use oxygen or acetylene or other flam-
mable or poisonous gases in the refrigerating
circuit, as they can cause explosions.
