Instruções preliminares
Não abra as tampas de acesso para realizar qualquer
operação de manutenção ou limpeza antes de des-
ligar o aparelho da fonte de alimentação principal,
posicionando o interruptor mestre em "desligado".
Certifique-se de que a linha de alimentação elé-
trica principal está desconectada.
Certifique-se de que as torneiras de descarga es-
tão fechadas e que as válvulas de ventilação es-
tão abertas.
Soltando a bomba
Em caso de inatividade prolongada, pode ser ne-
cessário desbloquear a bomba de circulação.
Para desbloquear:
Acesse a bomba.
Gire o impulsor com uma chave de fenda.
OPERAÇÕES
Abra as válvulas de corte do sistema hidráulico.
Afrouxe sem remover completamente a ficha da
válvula de purga de ar no ponto mais alto do cir-
cuito hidráulico para remover qualquer ar do cir-
cuito.
Inicie o preenchimento.
Quando a água começa a sair da válvula de des-
carga, feche-os e leve a pressão da água ao valor
ajustado do sistema.
Lembre-se de que as válvulas de segurança são ca-
libradas a 3 bar.
Quando a pressão da água se estabilizar, feche a
válvula de carga.
Verifique a vedação hidráulica das juntas.
A elaboração dos circuitos hidráulicos deve sempre
ser realizada com as bombas desligadas.
Configurar o parâmetro 104 para a posição (1) força a
bomba de circulação a começar.
Se houver algum ar no circuito, o sistema não
funciona corretamente.

Charging the system

Preliminary instructions
Do not open the access covers to perform any
maintenance or cleaning operation before hav-
ing disconnected the appliance from the main
power supply, by positioning the master switch
at "off".
Make sure that the main electrical supply line is
disconnected.
Make sure that the discharge taps are closed and
that the air vent valves are open.
Releasing the pump
In the event of prolonged inactivity, it might be nec-
essary to unblock the circulation pump.
To unblock:
Access the pump.
Rotate the impeller with a screwdriver.
Operations
Open the hydraulic system shut off valves.
Loosen without completely removing the plug of
the air bleeder valve on the highest point of the
hydraulic circuit to remove any air from the cir-
cuit.
Start the filling.
When water starts to come out of the discharge
valve, close them and bring the water pressure
up to the system's set value.
Remember that the safety valves are calibrated at 3
bar.
When the water pressure has stabilised, close the
charging valve.
Check the hydraulic sealing of the joints.
The make-up of the hydraulic circuits should always
be carried out with the pumps off.
Setting up parameter 104 to position (1) forces the
circulation pump to start.
If there is any air left in the circuit, the system
does not operate correctly.
