Rack Installation Requirements

Installing Three to Four DEs for Each Node
This section describes the required (estimated) length of cable for configuring three or four DEs connected to
each node with four CEs installed.
The supplied cable can be used for connecting between the FE and CE#0.
•
• A 3m or longer cable is required between the FE and CE#1 that are installed in the same rack.
A 3m or longer QSFP cable and a 5m or longer management cable are required between the FE, and the CE#2
•
and CE#3 in the expansion rack (or Expansion Rack#0).
