Rack Installation Requirements

Installing Seven to Eight DEs for Each Node
This section describes the required (estimated) length of cable for configuring seven or eight DEs connected to
each node with four CEs installed.
The supplied cable can be used for connecting between the FE and CE#0.

A 3m or longer cable is required between the FE and CE#1 that are installed in the same rack.
A 3m or longer QSFP cable and a 5m or longer management cable are required between the FE, and the CE#2
•
in the first expansion rack (or Expansion Rack#0) and CE#3 in the second expansion rack (or Expansion
Rack#1).
