Rack Installation Requirements

Installing 15 DEs for Each Node
This section describes the required (estimated) length of cable for configuring 15 DEs connected to each node
with four CEs installed.
•
Make sure to use a 1.1m cable to connect between the FE and CE#0.
A 3m or longer QSFP cable and a 5m or longer management cable are required between the FE and CE#1 in
•
the first expansion rack (or Expansion Rack#0).
•
A 10m or longer cable is required between the FE, and CE#2 and CE#3 in the second and later expansion racks
(or Expansion Rack#1 and Expansion Rack#2).
