Rack Installation Requirements

Installing 9 to 10 DEs for Each Node
This section describes the required (estimated) length of cable for configuring 9 or 10 DEs connected to each
node with four CEs installed.
The supplied cable can be used for connecting between the FE and CE#0.
•
• A 3m or longer QSFP cable and a 5m or longer management cable are required between the FE, and the CE#1
and CE#2 in the first expansion rack (or Expansion Rack#0).
• A 10m or longer cable is required between the FE and the CE#3 in the second expansion rack (or Expansion
Rack#1).
