4-2-4 Sensitivity Registering Calibration Function

Sensitivity registering calibration function is a function that conducts calibration by registering the rated output
of the transducer without applying the actual load.
Description shall be made with an example when '1.000' is indicated by applying 1 kN of load using a
transducer having rated capacity of 1 kN and rated output of 2.004 mV/V.
(1) Setting Sensitivity Registering Calibration Mode.
Confirm the [LOCK] LED is turned OFF.
If the [LOCK] LED is lit, press the HOLD + FUNCTION keys for 2 seconds or more at the same time.
Press the FUNCTION key for 2 seconds or more and the function 'F-01' is indicated to turn the mode to
function selecting mode.
Press the → key to indicate the function 'F-03' and press the SET key.
Then, it turns to the sensitivity registering calibration mode.
(2) Setting Rated Output of the Transducer
The currently set value is indicated and the highest order digit flickers.
Use the arrow keys to have the indication read '02.004' and press the SET key.
(3) Setting Indicated Value
The currently set value is indicated and the highest order digit flickers.
Use the arrow keys to have the indication read '1000' and press the SET key.
(4) Setting Decimal Point Position
Currently set decimal point position flickers.
Use the arrow keys to have the indication read '1.000' and press the SET key.
(5) Entering Key Code for Registration
'00000' is indicated and the highest order digit flickers.
Use the arrow keys to have the indication read '00628' or '11111' and press the SET key.
Then, the calibration value is stored in the memory.
This key code is set to prevent the calibration value from carelessly changing due to malfunction.
(6) Returning to Measuring Mode
Function 'F-03' is indicated. Press the CANC key.
Then, the measurement starts with the currently registered calibration value.
