3. Remove the power trigger lockout and the power
trigger from the handle.
4. Clean and examine all parts fully.
5. Replace damaged or defective parts.
6. Install in the opposite sequence. Make sure that the
spring blade comes below the keypad.
5.2.4 To remove and install the main switch
1. Disassemble the control handle. Refer to
disassemble and assemble the control handle on
page 13 .
2. Remove the power trigger lockout and power trigger.
To remove and install the power trigger
Refer to
lockout and power trigger on page 13 .
3. Remove the main switch (A).
4. Disconnect the main cable from the main switch.
14 - Repair instructions
a) Release the catch (B) with a small screwdriver
and pull out the connector (C).
5. Install in the opposite sequence.

5.3 Battery housing

5.3.1 To disassemble and assemble the battery
housing
1. Loosen the power trigger guard and remove the
wear guard. Refer to
power trigger guard and the wear guard on page 13 .
2. Disassemble the control handle. Refer to
disassemble and assemble the control handle on
page 13 .
3. Remove the 4 screws and remove the right battery

4. Assemble in the opposite sequence.
CAUTION: Do not pull the wires. Hold the
connector when you disconnect the main
switch.
