5. Remove the inner shaft and the front clamp from the
outer shaft.
6. Remove the 3 screws on the rear clamp.
7. Carefully open the rear clamp with a screwdriver and
remove the rear clamp from the shaft.
8. Remove the screw that holds the bushing.

9. Remove the inner shaft and the rubber bushing.
10. Remove the cable from the shaft.
5.11.3 To assemble the shaft 520iHT4
1. Push the motor cable through the shaft in the
direction of the cutting unit end of the shaft.
2. Push the motor connectors through the sleeve and
install the sleeve into the shaft.
3. Pull the cables through the sleeve, turn the cable
lock 180° and push it into the sleeve. Attach the
cable lock with the screw.
