5.1 To clean and examine the product parts

• Clean and examine all parts fully. You find more
instructions in the chapter for each part if special
tools or procedures are necessary.
• Replace damaged or defective parts.
• Always use original spare parts.

5.2 Control handle

5.2.1 To remove and install the power trigger guard
and the wear guard
1. Remove the 2 screws and loosen the rear end of the
power trigger guard.
2. Remove the 4 screws and remove the wear guard.
3. Install in the opposite sequence.

5.2.2 To disassemble and assemble the control
handle
1. Loosen the wear guard. Refer to
install the power trigger guard and the wear guard
on page 13 .
2. Put the left handle half on a cloth or equivalent.
3. Remove the 6 screws and remove the right handle
half.
4. Assemble in the opposite sequence.
5.2.3 To remove and install the power trigger
lockout and power trigger
1. Remove the power trigger guard. Refer to
remove and install the power trigger guard and the
wear guard on page 13 .
2. Disassemble the control handle. Refer to
disassemble and assemble the control handle on
page 13 .
