5. Disconnect the motor cables.
6. Disconnect the connector to the transport mode
sensor.
7. Remove the 4 screws and the plate that hold the
shaft.
8. Remove the shaft from the battery housing.
9. Remove the cutting unit joint. Refer to
the gear package on page 18 .
10. Install in the opposite sequence.
5.11.2 To disassemble the shaft 520iHT4
1. Remove the shaft. Refer to
the shaft on page 25 .
2. Remove the power trigger guard and the harness
support hook from the shaft.
3. Loosen the cables at the ends of the shaft.

To remove
To remove and install
a) Remove the screw in the ends of the shaft.
b) Pull out the cables slightly, turn the cable lock
180° and push the cables into the shaft.
c) Push the flanges on the sleeve in the shaft and
push out the sleeve from the shaft.
d) Remove the sleeve from the cables.
4. Remove the 2 screws and the front clamp on the
shaft.
