Slide the Tailgate Bar Plastic Pieces (HH)
onto the Tailgate Bar Metal Pieces (GG)
as shown. (see FIG 37)

Place completed tailgate bar brackets
onto rear body tub and carefully roll
them forward in place. (see FIG 39)

Using the self-Tapping Screws (II) secure
the metal and plastic portions of the
Tailgate Bar Retainers together by in-
stalling a screw from each end as
shown. (see FIG 38)
Installed brackets should appear as
shown. (see FIG 40)
