This is the only way to achieve a high degree of measuring accuracy.
As an alternative to wall attachment, you can operate the wireless
thermostat using a table stand (available optionally as an accessory).
The table stand should be self-supporting, e.g. placed upright on a
table and uncovered.
Ensure that the radio range cannot be adversely affected by spatial
factors such as the room geometry or objects, materials and inter-
ference sources. Such factors may produce a "radio shadow", e.g.
behind metal objects.

Wall attachment of the fixing plate of the "R-Tronic" with wall
bracket (battery operation)
Power is supplied via batteries as standard. A flush-mounted power pack
and a table stand with mains adaptor are available as accessories.
1. Insert two 1.5 V AA batteries into the unit. The +/- markings indicate the
position in which the batteries should be inserted.
2. Horizontally screw the fixing plate for the wireless thermostat (included
in the delivery) to the wall.

3. Insert the wireless thermostat into the fixing plate from above.
f "R-Tronic" is now ready for the "teach in" process (refer to 7.5 on page
34).
