GEARSHIFT
• Install the gearshift cam stopper 1, its bolt 2, washer 3 and
return spring 4.
NOTE:
Apply a small quantity of THREAD LOCK to the gearshift cam
stopper bolt 2 and tighten its to the specified torque.
& 99000-32050: THREAD LOCK "1342" or equivalent
# Gearshift cam stopper bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lb-ft)
NOTE:
Hook the return spring end A to the stopper 5.
• Check the gearshift cam stopper moves smoothly.
• Install the gearshift cam stopper plate 6.
NOTE:
Align the gearshift cam pin B with the gearshift cam stopper
plate hole C.
• Apply a small quantity of THREAD LOCK to the gearshift cam
stopper plate bolt and tighten its to the specified torque.
& 99000-32050: THREAD LOCK "1342" or equivalent
# Gearshift cam stopper plate bolt:
• Install the gearshift shaft assembly 7 as shown.
NOTE:
Set the return spring ends D to the gearshift arm stopper 8.
