5.4 Run a pre-programmed protocol from the PC
5.4.1 Setting up a run

Edit the selected protocol
Select the Protocol view in the Run settings & details tab by clicking the right of the two
buttons at the bottom right hand corner of the tab window.
The protocol selected by the software is now shown in detail. It is now possible to edit
any values in the protocol by clicking an editable field and enter desired changes.

Action
The software now selects an optimized GE protocol for the specified experi-
mental parameters.
