There are six jumpers to set the function of the RI Pin for each of the onboard COM ports.
The RI Pin function can either be set as the normal ring-in line signal, that is as RI, or can
be set as a 5.0 V or 12.0 V voltage signal. A list of jumpers, their corresponding COM port,
the connector and the pin number the jumper controls are listed in the table below.
