Check following point
 Has the fl ow at the faucet been reduced too much?
 Open up the faucet.
 Is the water pressure too low?
 Open up the faucet all the way and increase the water fl ow
at the main water supply.
 Is the fi lter of the bypass selector clogged?
 If it is, clean the fi lter.
 Has the cartridge been installed properly?
 Has the water supply been cut off ?
 Is the water supply hose bent or fl attened?
If the display appears again even after taking the above action,
the fl ow has diminished because of a clogged cartridge or other
such reason. Replace the cartridge.
 The water amount from the main spout varies depending on
the kind of water and/or selection of the water quality even
though the amount of source water stays constant.
 Maximum fl ow varies depending on the kind of water and/or
selection of the water quality.
 When water starts to run through the Alkaline Ionizer, water
which was kept at room temperature while no water was
fl owing to the Alkaline Ionizer or water warmed by the heat
inside the Alkaline Ionizer may come out.
 Allow the water to keep fl owing for about 0.6 liter (about
15 seconds) before uses.
 Has "OFF" been set for the "Weak acidic buzzer" setting?
 The ability of the cartridge to remove odors, unpleasant tastes
and turbidity has deteriorated.
 Replace the cartridge.
 The pH level may be a little high when a new cartridge is used
(for the fi rst week or so).
(This is not a malfunction. Measure the pH level again after a
week.)
 If the pH level of weak acidic water is 6.5 or so, it may not be
possible to distinguish it from the pH 7 level (neutral) in the pH Chart.
 Test the water coming out of the drain outlet while using the
"Weak Acidic" setting, and if it is 10 to 11, it means that the
pH level for weak acidic water is 6.5 or so.
