Turn off the faucet, and
put the cover back on.
Important
 Dispose of the used cartridge in accordance with the applicable ordinances in the area
concerned.
 Even replacing the cartridge before U25 or U26 is displayed, the cartridge life display should be
reset according to step 3 in order to display the remaining cartridge life correctly.

When Moving the Alkaline Ionizer

Follow the steps below to drain off the water in the Alkaline Ionizer.

Disconnect the power plug,
and connect it again.
 "Preparation time" blinks for about 15
seconds on the LCD display, and water
comes out of the drain outlet.
 Repeat this step two or three times, and
disconnect the power plug.

Remove the cap, turn the unit upside
down, and
drain off the inside water.

Disconnect the water supply
hose from the bypass
selector.
 After disconnecting the water supply
hose, put the hose fastening nut back on
the bypass selector (to ensure that the nut
is not misplaced or lost).
 Drain off the water inside the bypass
selector.
