7. About this manual
This manual contains important instructions that must be followed during installation,
start-up, configuration and customization, operation and maintenance of the
VoCALL 16 range of products. All instructions must be read before installing and
operating the equipment. This manual should be saved for future reference.
This manual is aimed at specialist personnel, who are responsible for the installation,
commissioning and maintenance of VoCALL 16 emergency voice communication
system (EVCS) and personnel who are responsible for operating the system.
This manual covers operation of VoCALL 16 devices in network mode i.e. more than
one panel connected together are part of installation.
Operation of VoCALL in standalone mode i.e. single panel operation, are covered in
'EVCS standalone manual'.
