4.3 Removing the Module

To remove the FL312 module, turn off the power and reverse the installation procedure.

4.4 Communication Cable Connection

FL312 supports both 10BASE5 and 10BASE-T communication. Select the one appropriate

Connecting to 10BASE5
The following procedure assumes that MAU (transceiver) and AUI cable are already
setup.
1. Push up the slide switch of the 10BASE5 connector.
2. Match the direction of the AUI cable connector and the 10BASE5 connector and
connect.
3. Push down the slide switch. Check that the cable does not come loose.
