• Connect fueling nozzle from the truck
to the single-point adapter.
• Open the fuel nozzle valve and check
that with fuel pressure applied, all three
VV Open lights remain off.
• Rotate the MODE selector from OFF
to TEST.
• Move the tank FUEL-DEF switch of a
tank to be filled to the FUEL position and
check that the corresponding amber SOV
OPen light illuminates.
• Check that the appropriate VV OPEN
lights illuminate within 30 seconds.

• After 30–40 seconds, the SOV CLosed
light will illuminate and the OPen light
will extinguish, indicating that the au-
tomatic level control system is working
properly.
• Test other SOVs and VVs individually
for other tanks to be filled.
• Rotate the MODE selector to FUEL.
• Check that all three VV OPEN lights
extinguish.
• E n s u r e t h a t t h e t a n k F U E L - D E F
switches of the tanks to be filled are in
the FUEL position.
